Visual Impact Assessment

Our highly experienced Landscape Architects deliver LVIA using a series of processes which identify the impact of the proposed development Renton Campus on the existing infrastructure. From desktop research to complex onsite visits, our team will deliver an assessment that is thorough and will withstand scrutiny as part of any planning application.

We produce townscape character assessments to inform and guide new developments and public realm proposals. Townscape character assessments evaluate the landscape in built-up areas, including buildings and open spaces, and their relationships, and include physical, cultural and perceptual characteristics.

The importance of trees and woodland to our environment is undeniable whether the site is rural or urban. As part of our landscape and design services, we deliver arboriculture consultancy services minimising the risk to the environment and helping to identify any issues that may present as part of the planning stage. We use the most recent software and modelling techniques to help inform decision-making when it comes to developing plans.

Offering a range of assessments and surveys we provide a full and detailed review of the environment. We can then produce plans that are in detail and provide direction on the maintenance and management of the land. This will then be considered as part of the development of the site to ensure an environmentally sensitive plan and design.

At PZP we bring to life plans and designs via our Architectural Visualisation and 3D Animation to aid planning stages and aid engagement with stakeholders. Using the best software on the market our technicians, graphic designers and animators can capture the essence of design and turn it into a stunning visual that jumps off the page or screen.
